Ingrid Stenersen has been Registered Massage Therapist since 2002, graduating from the 3000 hour program West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Her techniques include deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage.
In addition to massage therapy, Ingrid is also trained in the Dr. Vodder Method of manual lymph drainage (MLD). This technque is beneficial in treating patients with lymph edema, edema, sinus/inner ear congestion, post concussion and post surgery. MLD is light, pain free technique, that involves a light stretching of the skin without the use of oil.
